Each year, Property Academy surveys thousands of buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants in order to better understand their opinions and expectations of the home buying, selling and renting process.

With an estimated 25,000 estate agency branches in the UK, Property Academy understands there is a lack of independent and trustworthy information to help people compare agents and find the best in their area – hence the development of the Best Estate Agent Guide, which is supported by Rightmove.

This year has proved very successful indeed for the Fine & Country East Anglian branches, with the Essex, Diss, King’s Lynn and Norwich offices all being selected among the top 20% of estate agents in the UK.

The King’s Lynn office was awarded a ‘highly rated’ commendation and now features in the Best Estate Agent Guide as one of the leading estate agents in the King’s Lynn area (the only Sales agent to qualify). Out of over 25,000 estate agents across the UK only 5,153 branches have been featured within the guide.

Norwich, Diss and Essex all achieved the very highest rating, which is ‘exceptional’ and represents the top 5% of estate agency branches in the country. These agents showed an outstanding level of service and care towards prospective clients. To illustrate how demanding the assessment is, only 87 branches achieved an exceptional rating in both sales and lettings.

The hope is that this system will be used in the future to inspire estate agents to provide only the very best service to their prospective clients, as well as allow potential customers choose the very best agent for them.
